Traffic Alert for Valnova Residents & Partners
Flagging on SH-16 will now occur on the nights of Friday, June 12 & Saturday, 13 instead of Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10. Any future updates for these flaggin will be updated here.
Here’s what to expect:
- Flaggers will direct motorists along SH-16 between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. each night.
- Two flagging stations will be set up at Deep Canyon Drive and north of Valnova Drive.
- Drivers may experience delays on SH-16 during flagging operations – we appreciate your patience.
- The nighttime flagging operations will allow crews to haul large quantities of material across SH-16 for the new overpass.
The project team is working with ITD and the contractor on changes to the traffic control plan to ensure safe access in and out of Valnova during construction.
