Valnova is a premier master planned community that will be developed over several phases, and provides over 73% open space in phase one. The first areas of development includes homes on lots that range in size from townhomes to one acre lots. Glenview provides larger build lots for semi-custom and custom homes with spectacular views of the valley. Muirhaven and Lindale hava both detached and attached home products. After a year of research, we vetted our thirteen local and regional builders to meet your highest expectations. Builders purchased lots at the end of 2024 and and the first residents are anticipated to move in to Valnova beginning summer 2025. Concurrently, Valnova is also building the first of our amenities, with access for some of the amenities accessible in fall 2025. Read more about the amenities and build out timeline below.
