State Highway 16 Access Improvements

The Valnova team has been busy widening Highway 16 to create dedicated on-ramps, off-ramps, turning lanes and accelerations to create safe and efficient access to the community. The development team was not obligated to make these improvements this early in the process, but our commitment to safety, convenience and a higher standard of development are top priorities for our residents and the community. Construction for the Highway 16 Overpass is expected to begin in late 2025, with the completion anticipated in mid-2026. Additionally, we will also widen the intersection of Highway 16 aand Beacon Light.
